- Maximum overnight guests: 14
- Minimum age to book: 28
- Events may be allowed with prior authorization.
- No pets allowed.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

We collect the following taxes:
AZ State General Sales Tax 5.5%
Navajo County Sales Tax .88%
Pinetop-Lakeside TPT Tax 3%
Pinetop-Lakeside City Sales Tax 3%
